Do you have cabins located close to one another for groups larger than 70?
Absolutely. If your group exceeds the capacity of a single lodge, we can help you book "sister cabins" or multiple properties within the same area (such as Hibernation Station or Sherwood Forest Resort). This allows large groups to stay within walking distance of each other while still enjoying the privacy of separate living quarters.
Is there enough parking for multiple vehicles or a charter bus?
Parking varies by property. Many of our large group cabins feature flat, paved driveways with space for several vehicles. However, mountain roads and driveways can be narrow or steep; if you're arriving in a charter bus or have more than 5-6 vehicles, please contact our vacation planners at 1.800.684.7865 to confirm your specific cabin can accommodate your parking needs.
Are the kitchens equipped for large-scale meal preparation?
Yes, our large group cabins feature fully equipped kitchens with major appliances, pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. Several of our largest lodges even offer double kitchens with 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, and 2 dishwashers to make feeding a crowd much easier. You only need to bring the ingredients! Note: specialty cooking items like slow cookers, extra-large cookware, or air fryers do not come standard.
